Health Claims:

Assists in digestion and eases the movement of bowels. Combination of plants that can encourage and support the physiological processes of digestion and bowel movement. Colonvin coats the mucous membranes of the digestive system with a protective viscous layer that attenuates irritation of whatever nature (mechanical, chemical and thermal stimulation) related to the descending colon.

Composition:

Functional ingredients: Psyllium (Plantago psyllium L.) seed powder, flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) seed powder, agar-agar (Gelidium armansii JV Lamouroux) thallus powder, green anise (Pimpinella anisum L.) fruit powder, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit powder, ginger (Zingiber orcinale Rosc.) rhizome powder, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) root powder.

Activating constituents according to the Spagyric methodology.

Dosage:

1We recommend 3g of product (3g is roughly 3/5th tsp) 2 times per day to be taken preferably after meals in warm water.

Contraindications:

Contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to one of the constituents.

Side Effects:

Not detected at the normal dosage. Over dosage may cause minor gastrointestinal disorders.

Ingredients
PSYLLIUM
The seeds of the plant are covered with a mucilaginous coating which in contact with water it swells, increasing the intestinal contents, it stimulates the peristalsis and evacuation. Thanks to the soothing properties of the mucilage it is indicated in cases of colitis and irritable bowel syndrome.

FENNEL
Herbal plant with a carminative effect that can inhibit the fermen- tation and antispasmodic action processes.

AGAR
Exerts an anti-inflammatory and protective of the gastric mucosa. Due to its moisturizing properties it’s an effective laxative.

LICORICE
It favors an increase in the gastric mucus secretion by the stomach walls and, thanks to the anti-inflammatory properties it determines a rapid relief of the problems connected to irritable bowel syndrome.

FLAX
Indicated for the treatment of constipation: its seeds rich in mucilage exert an emollient and anti-inflammatory effect in patients with damaged colon.

GINGER
It improves digestion, helps to restore optimal intestinal flora, contrasts major disorders caused by the digestive system dysfunction.

ANISE
Herbal plant traditionally used in the treatment of digestive dis- orders such as feeling of bloating in the abdomen area, digestive insufficiency, belching, flatulence and as an adjunct in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. The essential oil causes relaxation of the smooth muscle regularizing bowel motility.
