The Spagyric Red Wine
The use of wine for medicinal purposes has its roots in ancient times and numerous scientific studies, it continues to demonstrate even today the many beneficial effects of wine on our organism.
Erbenobili utilizes red wine as an extraction solvent associated with ethylic alcohol from wine.
This technique improves the bioavailability of a phytocomplex and promotes their fullest activity. Not considering the intrinsic aspects related to Spagyrical technique, there are scientific explanations on the use of certain solvents such as wine and ethyl alcohol, which undergoes a processes of distillation and are purified thus acquiring greater extraction capacity.
In addition to its extraction we use red wine for its high content of active ingredients: glucides (glucose and fructose) or pectin, gallants, aromatic essential oils; organic acids: malic, succinic, salicylic acid and tartaric acid; phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, copper, manganese, iron, sodium, vitamins A, B1, B2, C and PP.
In the skin of grapes they contain flavonoids, anthocyanins, resveratrol, tannins and cream of tartar. The seeds, called grape seeds, contain 8% of oil (with 70% of linoleic acid), 54% cellulose, 31% of water (Cosmic rain water), and also starch, tannins and mineral salts. Oil obtained by cold pressing of the seeds also contains linoleic acid, an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid.
By analyzing the high content of active principles you cannot help but think about the therapeutic properties of this beverage.
